About this resource
This initiative aids individuals in gaining access to community resources, including food, healthcare, and civil rights education. It also offers advocacy services, case management, and connections to local partners. Support includes assistance with document preparation and form completion for public benefits, legal matters, passports, DMV, medical, rental, and job applications. Additional services encompass Power of Attorney, travel consent for minors, translations, and notarization.
Intake Procedure: Appointments can be made via phone, and walk-ins may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
Travel/Location: The office is situated in the main building of the Colonia Libertad apartment complex. Access the main building through a side entrance on Saddle Club Road or the main entrance opposite the children's playground. Parking is available in designated OFFICE spaces or along Saddle Club Street. Bus Route #11 serves the area.
Fees: Charges vary depending on the service provided.
