About this resource
The initiative provides youth with mentoring, tutoring, and case management aimed at supporting them in graduating, obtaining stable employment, and securing housing. It also includes after-school programs, opportunities for volunteering, and development of leadership skills.
Intake Process: To begin, call to schedule an appointment; walk-ins may be accommodated depending on circumstances.
Location: The office is situated within the main building of the Colonia Libertad apartment complex. Access the main building via a side door on Saddle Club Road or through the main entrance near the children's playground. Parking is available in designated OFFICE spaces or along Saddle Club Street. The service is accessible via Bus Route #11.
Costs: Fees vary depending on the specific service provided.
Who can use this
- Open to youth aged 10-14 and their parents under the Strengthening Families program.
