About this resource
The office provides services aimed at objectively assessing and resolving issues brought forth by individuals who reach out to the Governor's Advocacy Office. These issues encompass a range of topics such as child abuse and neglect, adult and elder abuse or neglect, access to ODHS public assistance programs, customer service inquiries, and resources for individual and family support services or treatment options, including those for individuals with physical, mental, or developmental disabilities.
Intake Procedure: For information, individuals can call. The ODHS Client Complaint and Report of Discrimination process includes an online complaint form (DHS 0170) that can be submitted to either the Governor's Advocacy Office or the local ODHS Office.
Fees: There are no fees associated with these services.
