About this resource
Summer EBT is a program designed to assist families in purchasing food for their school-aged children when school is not in session. Each summer, eligible families receive a one-time payment of $120 on an EBT card for each qualifying child to use for groceries. It is important to note that any unused Summer EBT benefits will expire 122 days after they are issued. A helpline is available for inquiries regarding general questions, eligibility, application status, and EBT card issues.
Intake Procedure: Applications for 2026 benefits can be submitted at any time.
Fees: There are no fees associated with the program.
