Veterans are given priority for job referrals and can access employment and training services before non-veteran applicants with similar qualifications.

- -US Armed Forces veterans, including service-connected disabled veterans, recently separated veterans (within 36 months), other eligible veterans facing employment barriers, and qualifying spouses -Veterans with a dishonorable discharge are not eligible
