About this resource
This program delivers outpatient mental health care, along with both inpatient and outpatient treatment for chemical dependency and counseling for substance use disorders. The services include individual, group, and family counseling, as well as additional support such as DUII services, adolescent programs, correctional services, smoking cessation, and primary medical care.
Intake Process: For more details, please call or check the website. A medical assessment is required during the program intake.
Location: Accessible via bus line 13.
Costs: The program accepts Oregon Health Plan (OHP), Willamette Valley Community Health (WVCH), DMAP, and private payments. Some financial assistance is available specifically for residents of Marion County.
