This program offers help with overdue electric, trash/recycling, and water bills for individuals who have received a shut-off or disconnect notice. Assistance is limited and can only be provided once, depending on available funding.

Travel/Location: Services are provided at the Salvation Army building.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.

- Disconnect bill or shut-off notice, photo ID, proof of income (wages, SSI/SSDI, TANF, unemployment benefits)
