This home visiting initiative aims to foster healthy birth outcomes, promote child development, and enhance parenting abilities. It provides services such as home visits, social gatherings for parents and their children, parenting workshops, goal-setting assistance, and opportunities for parents to connect with one another.

Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant individuals and families with children aged 0-3, specifically those with incomes at or below 100% FPL. Additionally, children in foster care, homeless children, and those from families receiving public assistance qualify regardless of income. Families with higher incomes may also be considered based on specific needs, but those with greater needs are given priority.
