Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant individuals and families with children aged 0-3, particularly those with incomes at or below 100% FPL. Additionally, children in foster care, homeless children, and those from families receiving public assistance are eligible regardless of income. Families with higher incomes may qualify based on specific needs, though priority is given to those with greater needs.
