This home visiting initiative aims to foster healthy birth outcomes, promote child development, and enhance parenting abilities. It provides services such as home visits, social gatherings for parents and their children, parenting workshops, goal-setting assistance, and opportunities for parents to connect with one another.

Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant individuals and families with children aged 0-3, particularly those with incomes at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level. Children in foster care, homeless children, and those from families receiving public assistance are eligible regardless of income, while families with higher incomes may qualify based on specific needs, with priority given to those with greater needs.
