- -Must be a member of one of the nine federally recognized tribes in Oregon -Must be enrolled or accepted as a student at an Oregon college or university -Must be attending at least half-time -Preference is given to Undergraduate and Master's students -Individuals who have already obtained a bachelor's degree cannot apply for the grant if pursuing an associate's degree, a second bachelor's degree, or an undergraduate certificate.
