About this resource
This program offers financial assistance to culturally or linguistically diverse students enrolled in post-secondary education who are pursuing preliminary licensure in teaching, school counseling, school social work, and school psychology, subject to available funding.

Who can use this
- - Must be an Oregon resident for at least 12 months before starting college. - Must be enrolled and in good standing at an eligible Oregon four-year public or nonprofit institution. - Must be pursuing an approved preliminary licensure program in teaching, school counseling, school social work, or school psychology. - Must be within two years of completing the licensure program (or the equivalent remaining credits for part-time students). - Priority is given based on the Student Aid Index (SAI).
