Who can use this
- -Must be a recent graduate from an Oregon high school or have completed a GED -Must have been a resident of Oregon for at least 12 months before starting college -Dependent students require their parents to also reside in Oregon -Must not have more than 90 college credits that have been completed or attempted -Eligibility may depend on the Student Aid Index (SAI)
