Who can use this
- Applicants must be enrolled in a licensed, financial aid-eligible school for barbering, hair design, or cosmetology, studying full-time in a program lasting at least nine months or 900 clock hours, and must not be simultaneously enrolled in high school or in default on federal student loans.
