Who can use this
- -Must be an active National Guard member -Must not have obtained a bachelor's degree or higher -Must be enrolled and maintaining good academic standing -Must have completed military basic training -Must not be in default on any federal Title IV loan or owe a refund on federal Title IV funds previously received unless the institution has determined the student has made satisfactory repayment arrangements and regained federal eligibility
