About this resource
This initiative provides screenings and diagnostic services for breast and cervical cancer via a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lessen the impact of cancer through early detection, risk assessment, education, and connecting individuals to necessary medical care.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Fees: No charges.
Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 needing diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer (as assessed by a clinician) - Individuals aged 40 and above requiring screening and/or diagnostic services - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age showing symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a prerequisite for participation in the ScreenWise program.
