About this resource
This initiative supports individuals in gaining access to community resources like food, healthcare, and education on civil rights. It offers advocacy, case management, and connections to local partners, as well as help with document preparation and form completion for public benefits, legal matters, passports, DMV, medical needs, rental agreements, and job applications. Additional services include Power of Attorney, travel consent for minors, translation, and notarization.
Intake Procedure: Appointments can be made via phone, with walk-ins considered on a case-by-case basis.
Travel/Location: The office is situated on the first floor of the Northgate Center building, accessible through the main entrance's glass door. It is served by bus route #3.
Fees: Charges vary depending on the service provided.
