This service facilitates mediation through a voluntary and confidential approach, allowing individuals in disputes to convene with a neutral third-party mediator to explore resolution options. It can help with landlord/tenant conflicts and includes a juvenile victim/offender mediation program. Additionally, it provides occasional Small Claims Mediation Trainings for mediators and volunteers interested in assisting at small claims court mediations.
