About this resource
This service facilitates mediation through a voluntary and confidential approach, allowing individuals in conflict to meet with a neutral mediator to explore solutions. It can help with landlord/tenant disagreements and also provides a juvenile victim/offender mediation program. Additionally, it conducts Small Claims Mediation Trainings for mediators and volunteers involved in small claims court mediations.
