About this resource
This service looks into claims of abuse that may involve physical injury, financial exploitation, verbal or emotional mistreatment, involuntary confinement, wrongful restraint, unwanted sexual interactions, caregiver abandonment, neglect of basic care, or self-neglect (which occurs when individuals are unable to care for themselves due to cognitive limitations, potentially leading to harm).
Intake Procedure: You can report incidents or seek more information by calling.
Travel/Location: The facility is situated in a two-story building just north of where Cherry Avenue NE meets Salem Parkway. The entrance to the complex is the first one north of Salem Parkway, located on the east side of Cherry Avenue.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 65 and older or those aged 18 and above with physical or developmental disabilities or mental health issues.
