Options Counseling can function as an independent service for participants or may connect them to Older Americans Act Case Management (OAA), which is designed for those requiring ongoing assistance to maintain independence. Care coordinators play a role in problem-solving, advocacy, and linking participants to resources and community support to improve quality of life and plan for the future.
