Travel/Location: The facility is situated in a two-story building just north of the Cherry Avenue NE and Salem Parkway intersection. The entrance to the complex is the first one north of Salem Parkway on the east side of Cherry Avenue.
Fees: There are no charges.

- Individuals aged 60 and above, as well as those with physical disabilities who are 18 and older.
