About this resource
Oversees emergency management functions and upholds a comprehensive statewide system for communication during emergencies and disasters. Acts as the primary agency for collecting reports of emergency situations and for sharing relevant emergency information. The Office of Emergency Management (OEM) comprises four divisions: the Director’s Office, State 9-1-1 Program, Operations and Preparedness, and Mitigation and Recovery Services.
