About this resource
Oregon Veterans' Homes deliver a range of professional medical, nursing, and long-term care services, including memory care and short-term rehabilitation, aimed at facilitating residents' recovery and their return home post-hospitalization. These facilities are situated in The Dalles and Lebanon and are operated by the State of Oregon, independent from the US Department of Veterans Affairs.
Intake Process: For inquiries, please call. The Oregon Department of Veterans Affairs employs Admission Liaisons to support veterans and their families with any questions regarding care and the admissions procedure.
Costs: Accepted payment methods include Medicaid, Medicare, and private payments.
Who can use this
- Veterans with honorable discharges, their eligible spouses, and parents of children who died while serving in the US Armed Forces.
