- Child Abuse: -Individuals aged 0-18 who are unmarried -Individuals aged 21 and younger who live in or receive care from a child care agency Adult Abuse: -Individuals aged 18-64 with a physical, intellectual, or developmental disability, or mental health condition -Individuals aged 65 and older (or 60 and older in Multnomah County)
