This program offers a way to waive tuition and fees for higher education institutions, excluding costs for books, supplies, parking, personal expenses, fines, housing, or meal plans.

Who can use this
- Applicants must fulfill the following requirements: -Have been homeless for 6 months or longer between the ages of 14-24 -Received assistance from an ODHS contracted provider or housing support during homelessness -At least 16 years old at the time of last service -Under 25 years old -Must have completed or will complete a FAFSA/ORSAA for the academic year of enrollment -Currently enrolled in at least one credit hour of graduate courses at a higher education institution.
