Who can use this
- To qualify as an Oregon Youth Authority (OYA) Proctor Parent, applicants must be at least 21 years old, a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, pass a criminal background check and home study, complete necessary training, be emotionally mature, financially stable, committed to youth support, and willing to work with OYA and other professionals.
