This program provides peer support for individuals impacted by the justice system. Peer Support Specialists, who have relevant lived experiences, work with participants in a collaborative, goal-oriented manner, offering tailored assistance through both individual and group support services that are holistic and responsive. The aim is to strengthen successes while fostering self-efficacy, hope, and resilience.
