Intake Procedure: You can either walk in or reach out via phone or the website to set up an appointment.

Travel/Location: Directions for those traveling on I-5 north or south: -Exit 253 for OR-22/OR-99E toward Stayton/Detroit Lake (0.2 miles). -Merge onto Mission Street SE heading west towards downtown Salem (2.6 miles). -Make a right turn onto Capitol Street SE. -Look for parking signs; the parking area is beneath the building. For those coming from Highway 22, the Coast, or West Salem: -Follow Dallas Coast Highway/OR-22 to the Front Street exit (1.2 miles; Front Street NE changes to Trade Street SE and then Bellevue Street SE). -Take a right onto 12th Street SE (394 feet). -Then, turn right onto Oak Street SE (0.1 miles). -Finally, turn left onto Capitol Street SE and look for parking signs; parking is below the building.
