About this resource
This initiative provides screenings and diagnostic services for breast and cervical cancer through a network of healthcare providers. It aims to alleviate the cancer burden by promoting early detection, risk assessment, education, and facilitating access to medical care.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling
Travel/Location: If traveling east on Center Street, make a right onto Lancaster Drive. If coming from State Street, turn left onto Lancaster Drive.
Fees: There are no charges for services.
Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 or older needing breast or cervical cancer screenings and/or diagnostic services -Residents or those planning to reside in Oregon -Household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be uninsured or have inadequate insurance coverage Men of any age showing symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a prerequisite for participation in the ScreenWise program.
