About this resource
This service offers a variety of mental health support, encompassing individual, group, family, and adolescent/youth counseling. The mental health professionals focus on assisting individuals dealing with trauma, post-partum depression, substance abuse, developmental delays, and personality disorders. Services are coordinated with primary care providers to effectively address the behavioral health needs of patients.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment via phone.
Travel/Location: If traveling east on Center Street, take a right onto Lancaster Drive. If coming from the east on State Street, make a left onto Lancaster Drive.
Fees: Most insurance plans are accepted, including DMAP/Open Card, Willamette Valley Community Health (OHP CCO), and private insurance. Sliding scale fees are also offered.
