Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as assessed by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 or older needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services -Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon -Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age with breast cancer symptoms qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a requirement for participation in the ScreenWise program.
