Fees: No charge for initial consultation. Minimal fees apply for further services, with a sliding scale based on the client's financial situation; fees may be reduced or waived based on need. Clients may also have the option to request a waiver for filing fees.

- Income must be below the HHS Poverty Guidelines for requesting a fee waiver (USCIS Form I-912P).
