Who can use this

  • -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) of any gender -Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services of any gender -Residents or those planning to reside in Oregon -Household income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level -Must be uninsured or possess insurance insufficient to meet their needs
