Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician), regardless of gender -Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services, regardless of gender -Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon -Household income must be at or below 250% of the federal poverty level -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage for their needs.
