Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) and those aged 40 or older needing screening or diagnostic services, regardless of gender, are eligible if they reside in Oregon, have a household income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level, and are uninsured or underinsured.
