About this resource
This program provides guidance on the services available, helps individuals access these services, offers personal counseling, support groups, and caregiver training. Limited respite care and additional services are also provided.
Intake Procedure: For further details, please call or check the website. Information about support groups can be obtained via phone or online.
Travel/Location: If you are heading north on I-5, take exit 271 (OR 214). At the traffic light, turn right onto Newberg Highway (OR 214) heading east, then take a left onto Meridian Drive. The one-story building will be on your right.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Unpaid caregivers are eligible if they are: -Adult family members or informal caregivers caring for individuals aged 60 and older -Adult family members or informal caregivers caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease at any age -Older relatives (not parents) aged 55 and older caring for children under 18 -Older relatives, including parents, aged 55 and older.
