This initiative serves as a resource for older adults, individuals with disabilities, veterans, and their family members or caregivers seeking assistance by offering information and referrals to service providers, which include government, community, private, and non-profit organizations.

Travel/Location: If heading north on I-5, take exit 271 (OR 214) and turn right onto Newberg Highway (OR 214) heading east at the light. Then, make a left onto Meridian Drive; the one-story building will be on your right.
Fees: There are no charges for services.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 60 and above, those with disabilities, veterans, and their family members or caregivers.
