Application Process: - Submit an application online - Send an email with the completed application attached (note that information may not be secure without a protected email) - Mail, fax, or deliver the completed application to your local office. The application form is accessible in multiple languages, including English, English Large Print, Spanish, Spanish Large Print, Arabic, Burmese, Nepali, Russian, Somali, and Vietnamese.

Costs: As a subsidy program, ERDC requires many families to pay a portion of the childcare expenses, known as a copayment, which varies based on family size and income.

Who can use this

  • Eligible families must: -Reside in Oregon -Be working, attending school, or receiving TANF. -In two-parent households, both parents must be employed or in school, with exceptions for certain circumstances. -Require childcare to maintain employment, education, or family well-being activities -Have a child who is: -Under 13 years old needing care, or -Aged 13 to 17 with special circumstances -Meet income thresholds: Initial limit of 200% FPL and ongoing/exit limit of 250% FPL.
