Delivers employment and training services designed to support farmworkers (both seasonal and migrant) in achieving permanent and higher-paying job opportunities. This includes instruction in English as a second language, GED/high school equivalency test preparation, career services, various classes, training programs, and hands-on experiences. Additional offerings encompass skills training and certifications for farmworkers, assistance with job applications and searches, career counseling, and financial aid for college, along with educational and career services for agricultural workers and their dependents. - Individuals aged 16-24 who are agricultural workers, their dependents, or spouses, meeting federal income criteria and authorized to work in the U.S., and who are enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited educational institution.
