About this resource
This program provides support for civil employment matters that are not criminal in nature, such as unauthorized payroll deductions, retaliation for exercising legal rights, unsafe health and safety conditions, pesticide-related issues, sexual harassment in the workplace, and challenges related to work-related housing. It also offers information and referrals to additional legal resources.

Fees: There are no charges for services.

- Agricultural workers, including both migrant and seasonal farmworkers, are eligible.
