This community clinic provides primary care services such as general medical consultations, vaccinations, annual check-ups, PAP tests, STD screenings, contraceptive services, physicals for sports and CDL, and support for applying to OHP and private insurance via the federal health exchange. Additionally, it facilitates access to dental, vision, and mental health services for low-income individuals.

Fees: The clinic accepts Medicaid (OHP), Medicare, and various private insurance plans, along with offering payment plans and sliding scale fees determined by household income and size.
