This service delivers patient-focused health care for individuals of all ages. Offered services encompass annual check-ups, management of both acute and chronic illnesses, pregnancy tests, vaccinations, sports physicals, concussion assessments and follow-ups, mental health assessments, and health screenings.

Payment Information: We accept OHP Eastern Oregon CCO, Medicare, Medical Home, and a majority of private insurances. Payment plans are available for those who are self-paying.
