About this resource

This initiative provides assistance to pregnant individuals from the early stages of pregnancy until their child reaches the age of two, linking new parents with specially trained nurses who offer support, guidance, and access to resources. The nurses conduct health and developmental screenings to detect potential issues related to growth, hearing, social-emotional development, oral health, and more. Additionally, the program includes breastfeeding support, parenting assistance, and general education on parenting.

Intake Procedure: Contact for information and to arrange an appointment.

Fees: No charges apply.

Who can use this

  • Individuals who are pregnant and have a household income at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level, and must enroll before the 29th week of pregnancy.
