About this resource
This initiative provides support to pregnant individuals from the early stages of pregnancy up to their child's second birthday, linking new parents with specially trained nurses who offer assistance, advice, and access to resources. The nurses conduct health and developmental screenings to detect any potential issues related to growth, hearing, social-emotional development, oral health, and more. Additionally, the program offers breastfeeding assistance, parenting support, and general education for parents.
