Who can use this
- To qualify for WIC, applicants must: - Reside in Oregon (US citizenship is not a requirement) - Be pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding, or have a child under 5 years old. Fathers, foster parents, and guardians can apply for eligible children. - Have a household income below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Those receiving OHP, SNAP, or TANF automatically qualify. - Have a nutritional risk determined during the appointment.

- Proof of ID for parent/guardian and child, proof of address, and proof of income
