Who can use this
- To qualify, individuals must be Oregon residents and either US citizens or lawful permanent residents for at least 5 years, with a household income below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. Teens aged 20 or younger may be eligible based on their income, irrespective of whether they seek confidential services.
