About this resource
The services provided consist of routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, blood pressure checks, vaccinations, mental health care, age-appropriate reproductive health services, regular laboratory tests, management of prescription medications, as well as education and promotion of health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Please call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: Accepts OHP, certain private insurances, and offers sliding scale fees. No student will be denied services due to inability to pay.
Who can use this
- Eligibility varies; please call for details. Some SBHCs are restricted to students and staff, while others serve all children aged 0-19 in the school district, and some are accessible to the general public.
