About this resource
This initiative offers support to pregnant individuals from the early stages of pregnancy until their child reaches the age of two, linking new parents with specially trained nurses who provide guidance, advice, and resources. The nurses conduct health and developmental screenings to detect potential issues related to growth, hearing, social-emotional development, oral health, and more. Additionally, the program includes support for breastfeeding, parenting assistance, and general education on parenting.

Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus lines 1, 4, 9, 25, 26, 80; MAX Blue Line to Gresham Central Transit Center.
Fees: There are no costs involved.
Who can use this
- To qualify, you must be a first-time birthing parent with a household income below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and enroll before the 29th week of pregnancy.
