About this resource
This initiative provides screenings and diagnostics for breast or cervical cancer via a network of healthcare providers, focusing on minimizing cancer impact through early detection, risk assessment, educational resources, and connecting patients to medical care.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus lines 1, 4, 9, 25, 26, 80; MAX Blue Line to Gresham Central Transit Center.
Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 in need of breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as assessed by a clinician), regardless of gender -Individuals aged 40 and above requiring breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services, regardless of gender -Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon -Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage.
